Ingredients

– English Cucumbers – Red Wine Vinegar – Fresh Dill – Olive Oil – Pepper – Salt – Red Onion

Add thinly sliced cucumbers to bowl with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes. Combine red onion and vinegar in separate bowl and allow to soak for 10 minutes.

Mix the onion mixture into the cucumbers. Add in the fresh dill, olive oil, and pepper. Stir well. Chill in fridge for 10 minutes and serve!
