Ingredients

– Ground Beef – Onion – Garlic – Parsley – Eggs – Salt – Pepper – Marinara Sauce – Mozzarella Cheese

In a large mixing bowl, combine the meat, oil, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt, and egg.  Mix the meat mixture just until it is all combined.

Divide the mixture into 9 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until fully cooked. Drain.

Pour sauce overtop and cover with cheese. Place back into oven until cheese is fully melted.
