Easy Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

This low carb sheet pan chicken fajitas recipe is a perfect dinner idea for those who are on the keto diet.  It is also a great option for those who want to eat healthy and have a delicious meal.

The recipe is easy to make and it will take you less than 30 minutes.  We like a mix of bell peppers, but sticking to green will lower the carb count.

Easy Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

– Bell Peppers – Red onion – Chicken breast – Olive oil – Chili powder – Cumin – Dried oregano – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Paprika – Salt – Pepper

Wash and slice the peppers, onions and chicken into slices. Place the peppers, onion and chicken onto a sheet pan. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture. Stir well to coat everything with the olive oil.

Sprinkle all of the seasonings on top of the peppers, onions and chicken. Stir until everything is well coated. Cook for 10 minutes then stir everything. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.

Serve with your favorite low-carb tortillas or with cauli rice in a fajita bowl. Top with – Cheese – Lettuce – Tomatoes – Sour cream – Queso – Guacamole
