Bell pepper nachos are the perfect low carb nachos!  Not only are they tasty, low carb, and keto friendly they are also healthy!

These keto nachos are perfect for a party, lunch, dinner, or a healthy snack!

Keto Bell  Pepper Nachos

* Bell Peppers * Ground Beef  * Taco Seasoning * Jalapeno Peppers * Shredded Cheese Plus your favorite nacho toppings like sliced tomatoes, avocado, shredded lettuce, and black olives!

Wash and cut the peppers into triangle shapes. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 10 minutes.

In a skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef and drain.  Add in the taco seasoning and mix well.

Remove the peppers from the oven and scoop cooked taco meat on top of each one. Add cheese on top of each pepper.

Place back in the oven under the broiler for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the broiler and top with toppings of choice.
