Keto Chicken Florentine Recipe

Chicken Florentine is an easy to make pan-seared chicken recipe that is topped with a creamy garlic, spinach, and parmesan cheese sauce.

Ingredients

– Chicken breast – Garlic powder – Pepper – Salt – Olive oil – Garlic – Chicken broth – Heavy cream – Italian seasoning – Fresh baby spinach – Parmesan cheese

Cut your chicken breast in half lengthwise so you even up with 4 chicken breasts.  Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with garlic, pepper, and salt.

Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add in the chicken breast.  Cook for 5 minutes then flip the chicken over, add the garlic to the pan.  Cook the chicken for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken breast from the pan. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning.

Let the sauce simmer for 3-6 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

Add in the spinach and cook for 2 minutes.

Add in the chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken, allow to melt, and then serve with the creamy sauce poured on top.
