Ingredients

– Almond Flour – Butter – Monk Fruit – Vanilla Extract – Eggs – Lemons – Powdered Monk Fruit

Spray a 9x13" Pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper. Add all crust ingredients and stir together. Press into pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Mix all ingredients of the filling together until well combines. Pour over the baked crust. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the filling is set.

Sprinkle with powdered monk fruit and slice into individual servings when ready to serve.  Optional: top with small lemon wedge.
