Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Add one tablespoon of sauce to the bottom of each five ramekins.
Divide the mushroom, peppers, and onions between the ramekins
Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of cheese into each, then top with the sausage and bacon.
Sprinkle the mozzarella on the top.
Place two slices of provolone on each. Add the Italian seasoning to the top.
Place the ramekins on a sheet pan and bake them for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
