Cut bell peppers, onions, and kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and add to a bowl.
Heat olive oil over medium high-heat in large skillet. Add ingredients from bowl and season with pepper and garlic powder
Frequently stir everything in the skillet, until the onions are soft and translucent and the peppers are tender.
Stir in the sauerkraut and continue cooking for a few minutes fully heating the sauerkraut. Season to taste with salt and pepper
