Keto Chocolate covered Bacon is a sweet and salty treat that while you might be hesitant to try is going to blow your taste buds away! With just two ingredients, sugar free chocolate and thick cut bacon you are going to have an amazing treat!
Lay the bacon out onto a broiler pan or on a rack inside of a larger pan. A great tip is to line the pan underneath with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Bake until it's crispy about 20-25 minutes.
Transfer the bacon onto a plate with paper towels to help absorbs some excess fat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the sugar-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments until completely melted, making sure it doesn't burn.
Dip bacon, one piece at a time into the melted chocolate making sure to leave a small end undipped to be able to hold it, then place on baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Once you have dipped all of the bacon in the melted chocolate, place the tray of bacon in the fridge.
Let the chocolate covered bacon sit for 30 minutes in the fridge to cool and have chocolate harden.
Remove them from the sheet pan and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
