Jalapeno Popper Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
2.5
pound
chicken breast
5
ounces
cream cheese
8
ounces
bacon
roughly 6 slices
3/4
cup
diced and seeded jalapeno peppers
1.5
cups
cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat until cripsy and set aside. While bacon is cooking cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
When bacon is done remove it from skillet, add the chicken to the pan and cook in the bacon grease.
Cook for 8 minutes on medium heat and then add in the diced jalapeno peppers.
Continue cooking until chicken is done cooking. While chicken is cooking, cut the cream cheese into chunks and shred your cheddar cheese.
When chicken is done, turn temperature down to low and add the cream cheese and stir until the cream cheese is melted.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of and put a glas skillet lid on top until cheese is melted.
