When you need an easy to make dinner that will be a hit with the whole family this Low Carb Italian Meatball casserole is perfect! Homemade meatballs, flavorful sauce and melted mozzarella cheese!
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray your 9x9 casserole dish with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the meat, oil, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt, and egg. Using your hands, mix the meat mixture just until it is all combined.
Divide the mixture into nine equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Place the meatballs to the casserole pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fully cooked remove from the oven and drain off the grease.
Pour the of the sauce over the meatballs and cover with the mozzarella cheese. Place the pan back in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
