unsweetened cocoa powder

erythritol sweetener

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl add all of the ingredients together.
Whip the mixture until it gets a whipped cream texture, about three minutes using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
Serve Chocolate Mouse in a bowl, use a piping bag if you want to have the dessert look fancy or just spoon it into the serving bow.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate shreds or chips if desired.
