Ingredients

turkey broth
1/2
cup
turkey drippings
1
teaspoon
xanthan gum
1/4
teaspoon
garlic powder
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Whisk the turkey broth, xanthan gum, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a small pot, kept string the mixture until most of the lumps are dissolved.
Heat over medium-high heat and bring it up to a boil for one straight minute.
Stir in the drippings from the turkey. If you don't have any drippings stir in 1 tablespoon of butter to the pot.
Serve the gravy hot.
