Ingredients

cups
cauliflower florets
1
cup
black olives
sliced in half
1/2
cup
red bell pepper
sliced
1
carrot
Instructions
Cut off any long stems on the cauliflower floret.
Arrange the cauliflower into the a large circle.
Add the olives to make a smile and two eyes. Line up two rows of nine olives just above the cauliflower.
Lay out two strips of the red pepper above the olives.
Arrange 4 rows of five olives above that line of peppers.
Add a handfull of the pepper strips to the bottom of the cauliflower.
Cut your carrot to fit the size of your snowman and add it to the face.
Serve with your favorite dip.
