In a gallon-size ziptop bag, combine the lime juice, orange juice, garlic, oil, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Close the bag then squeeze the bag to combine all the ingredients.
Open the bag and add in the steak, close the bag and shake it to coat the steak. Place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours, overnight is best.
Heat grill or grill pan to high heat.
Remove the steak from the bag and discard the marinade. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side depending on how you like your steak cooked.
Remove from the heat and allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes.
