In a medium bowl, stir together the eggs, onions, heavy cream, and salt.
Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray the pan with a nonstick spray.
Add half of the egg mixture to the pan. Swirl the eggs around the pan making sure the whole pan is coated. Once the egg starts to set tilt the pan every now and then help cook the mixture.
Once most of the eggs have cooked sprinkle half of the cheese onto the eggs then lay out two slices of ham.
Roll the omelet from one side and roll to the other until it has been tightly rolled.
Once you have made the first one repeat the steps to make the second ham and cheese low carb omelet.
