Ingredients

chicken breast
1-inch cubes

lemon

tablespoon
olive oil

tablespoon
minced garlic
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
1
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Cut the raw chicken into 1 inch cube pieces and set aside.
Zest the lemon and Juice the lemon into a small bowl.
In a large Ziploc bag combine the marinade ingredients, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Add the chopped chicken and seal the bag. Shake to combine everything and then place the bag in the fridge for at least one hour.
While the chicken is marinating soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning when they are placed on the grill.
Place the chicken onto the skewers making sure to leave 2 inches on the bottom and top of the sticks.
Heat the grill to 350°F.
Place the chicken on the grill. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until the chicken reaches 165°F.
