Thaw the shrimp if needed. When the shrimp are thawed wash and peel the raw shrimp. Be sure to put the cleaned shrimp in a bowl and set aside.
In a medium bowl add 1 teaspoon of Garlic Salt and 2 cups of almond flour and mix well.
In a small bowl crack your egg and beat well.
Dip your raw shrimp into the beaten egg and then toss in the almond flour mixture, once all of your shrimp have been coated with the egg and added to the bowl of almond flour breading mixture, use a spoon and mix all the shrimp in the bowl of flour until covered.
In a large nonstick skillet add 1/2 cup of olive oil and heat on medium-high heat. You can use coconut oil if you would prefer.
Once the oil is hot add in your shrimp carefully in a single layer in the pan.
Cook for 2 minutes on the first side until golden brown and use tongs to flip them over. Let them cook on that side for another 2 minutes.
Cook the remaining shrimp until all of the shrimp are cooked.
Remove from hot oil and place on a plate paper towel so you can drain the excess.
