In a medium bowl combine the beef, onions, almond flour, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder together. Divide it into four oval patties.
In a large skillet over medium heat brown each side of the beef pattie for 3-5 minutes per side.
Remove the patties and set them to the side.
In the same pan saute the mushrooms, onions, and garlic until the onions are translucent.
Deglaze the pan with the Beef broth. Whisk together the worcestershire sauce and the xanthan gum to make a paste. Slowly whisk in the paste to the beef broth. Add the paddies back in to the pan and allow the gravy to simmer for 10 minutes until its thickened up.
