Instructions
Wash the head of cauliflower.
Cut the cauliflower into quarters. Remove the core of the cauliflower by cutting the center out on an angle.
Cut the sections into florists.
Place some of the florists into the bowl of your blender or food processor so the bowl is half full.
Pulse the blender until the cauliflower is in rice size pieces.
Place the rice into an air tight container and store it in the fridge, freeze or use in your favorite recipe right away.
