Slice the steak into thin slices, cutting against the grain.
Peel and grate the fresh ginger.
Peel and mince the fresh garlic.
In a small bowl add the coconut aminos, ginger root, and garlic and mix well to combine.
Add the sliced steak to a zip close freezer bag and then add the sauce mixture to the bag.
Seal the bag and place it in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate.
Steam the Broccoli.
Remove the sliced steak meat from the marinade, and set the marinade sauce to the side.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add in the oil then the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan.
Add the broccoli to the pan and the marinade sauce.
Once meat and broccoli are done add in the fish sauce and toasted sesame oil, stir well and then cook for an additional 2-4 minutes until everything is fully heated and cooked thru.
Remove from the heat and serve.
