Ingredients

chicken breast

olive oil

lime
the zest and juice

chili powder

teaspoon
garlic powder

brown sugar or MonkFruit Golden
1/2
teaspoon
chipotle chili powder
1/2
teaspoon
ground cumin
1/2
teaspoon
paprika
1/2
teaspoon
onion powder
3/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl add all of the spices, brown sugar, olive oil, lime juice and lime zest together and mix well.
Cut your chicken breast in half so you end up with 6 thin pieces of chicken.
Rub the chicken with the spice mixture and place in a plastic bag or a baking dish.
Let the mixture sit on the chicken for 20 minutes.
Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or a rimmed baking sheet.
Place chicken in a baking dish or on the baking sheet which ever you are using.
Bake at 450 for 25 minutes.
