  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 onion minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the meat, oil, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt, and egg. Using your hands, mix the meat mixture just until it is all combined.
  • Roll the meat into golfball size pieces.
  • Heat a large pan with a tablespoon of oil and add the meatballs. Brown all the sides of the meatballs.
  • Cut the cream cheese into chunks and then add the cream cheese, heavy cream, beef stock, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir until the sauce is smooth.
  • Serve over zoodles or with a salad.


Serving size = 4 meatballs.
