Ingredients

butter
1/2
small onion
diced

cloves
garlic
minced
1/4
cup
mushrooms
1
head cauliflower
riced or 2 bags frozen cauliflower
1
cup
parmesan cheese
1/2
cup
heavy cream
salt
to taste
pepper
1
tablespoon
parsley
optional
Instructions
Make your riced cauliflower.
In a saute pan over medium heat cook the butter and onions until the onions have softened.
Add in the garlic and cauliflower, cook for 10 minutes until the cauliflower has softened.
Stir in the cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce has thickened about 5 minutes.
Top with parsley and enjoy.
