Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Wash the veggies and chop the mushrooms and spinach.
Whisk the eggs and heavy cream together in a medium bowl.
Stir in the mushrooms, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper to the eggs.
Pour in a 9 inch well-greased pie pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until the middle is cooked.
