Instructions
Start by placing your peanut butter, egg, and sugar into a large mixing bowl.
Mix until well combined and add in mini chocolate chips.
Fold in chips until well combined.
Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly.
