Tips for Making this Recipe
Use a Quality Almond flour. My personal preference is Bobs Red Mill Almond flour.
Use a quality sugar alternative. I personally use monkfruit in most of my cooking and baking, there are times I also use swerve. However when making these gingersnap cookies granulated monkfruit is my top choice.
Room temperature butter. It is important to use room temperature butter to get the proper cookie texture.

Use Natural Peanut Butter. When you are looking for a Keto peanut butter you want it to only have 2 ingredients, peanuts and salt. Not all keto friendly peanut butters will have salt added, but if that is added it is still keto friendly. Our favorite brands of natural keto friendly peanut butter are Smucker’s Natural Peanut butter and Crazy Richard’s Peanut Butter.
What are the best chocolate chips to use?
Any chocolate chips will work as long as they are sugar free. You can use semi-sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, or milk chocolate chips to make these keto cookies.
How to Store Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies
You can store these low carb peanut butter cookies in an air tight container on the counter for up to 2 weeks. If you want to extend the freshness you can store them in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Can I freeze keto Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies?
Keto peanut butter cookies also freeze well and will keep in the freezer for up to 6 months. To freeze these sugar free peanut butter cookies, allow them to cool completely after baking.
