How to Serve
You can serve this low carb chocolate peanut butter dessert in whatever bowls or glasses that you want to. I like to serve it in glass dishes so it looks all fancy. I like to use a piping bag so I can make fancy swirls, but you can just scoop it into bowls.
You can also add a little bit of whipped cream on top of the mousse if you want to and then sprinkle some sugar free chocolate chips on top for an even more decadent treat.
If you want some crunch add a few peanuts, you can add them whole or use chopped peanuts.
My favorite way to enjoy it is to mix it all up and then add an additional drizzle of melted peanut butter on top. To melt peanut butter just place a tablespoon or so into a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Allow the peanut butter to cool a bit and then drizzle on top.
