Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray the donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl whisk together the almond flour, Swerve, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set it aside.
In a large bowl whisk together the butter, almond milk, eggs, vanilla, and apple extract.
Pour the flour mixture into the milk mixture and stir until combined.
Divide the batter evenly between the 12 donut holes. I find it best to use a piping bag and pip the keto apple donut bater into the donut pan.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the donuts are golden brown.
While the donuts are baking, melt the butter in the microwave in a bowl.
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together the swerve and cinnamon.
Once the donuts are done remove them from the donut baking sheet. Working one at a time brush the melted butter onto the donut then dip it into the coating, making sure to get both sides.
