If you find that you have leftovers you can store them in the freezer. place it in an airtight container or wrap it with plastic. if you want the Frosty to keep its soft serve texture, you will want to eat it immediately. After it is in the freezer for a few hours it will freeze solid. Let it thaw slightly before eating.

Keto Wendy’s Frosty Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia sweetener. You can use another brand of liquid sweetener if you want to but this is the one that we prefer)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How to Make Keto Wendy’s Frosty
Add all ingredients to the blender and mix until stiff peaks form. If you are using a stand mixer or a hand mixer you will want to mix it on low speed.
Pour contents into a zip-close freezer bag and zip close.
Place in the freezer for up to 1 hour. I like to check it at the 30-minute mark, you want it to just be starting to freeze.
Clip the end of the bag with scissors and squeeze it into serving cups.
