Making keto desserts thankfully is super easy to do. I just don’t have the patience right now to make overly complicated low carb desserts. I want to make have an easy dessert that I can make and enjoy. This keto walnut pie curst is the easiest pie crust ever! All you need is walnuts and butter and then bake it in the oven! Super easy and perfect for any pie you want to make!

This low carb pie crust is perfect for making all those tasty “graham cracker” pie crust pies. The great thing about using walnuts to make a pie crust is that they add amazing flavor but with out being overpowering.
Tips for Making Keto Pie Crust
Use cold butter. Don’t take the butter out until you are about to put it in the food processor.
Use halved or whole walnuts. Do not use already chopped walnuts that are in tiny pieces. You want the walnuts to combine with the butter to form the crust.
Do not over bake. Keep an eye on the oven when you are baking the keto pie crust.
Smooth pie crust and even it well. You do not want an uneven pie crust or it will not bake evenly. I used a rubber spatula to help smooth.
How Many cups Shelled Walnuts?
If you are using shelled walnuts then it will take roughly 4 cups of shelled walnuts to give you 2 cups of unshelled.

How to Make Keto Pie Crust
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Place the walnuts and butter in your food processor or blender. Pulse for 2 minutes until the nuts are in tiny pieces and blended in with the butter.
Place the mixture into a 9 inch pie pan and press it around the whole pan until it spread evenly.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
